Impaq does not own, manage, monitor or accredit tutors. Tutors registered with Impaq, register to make use of our products and services to support learners registered with Impaq. 

For Grades 10 to 12, tutors must complete SACAI's invigilator training and be SACAI-certified to act as invigilators. They must adhere to all rules and regulations in the FET Phase as set out by the assessment body, SACAI, but the parent remains the primary responsible party. Impaq must ensure compliance and integrity in the FET Phase. 

It is important for parents to familiarise themselves with the qualifications of the relevant tutor and to ensure that the tutor they make use of can support the child in line with the needs of the parent and the learner.
