How do I add Impaq as a Public Recipient to make payments?

Impaq is now listed as a Public Recipient with FNB, meaning you can make quick and secure payments directly to us. 

Please note: This is only available to FNB clients. If you bank with other major banks, please continue with the standard EFT process.

To add us as a public recipient and make payments: 
  1. Log in to your FNB Online Banking or App.
  2. Select Payments > Public Recipient.
  3. Search for Impaq by Optimi and confirm details.
  4. Complete your payment using your student reference number
