Important information, such as how-to guides and newsletters, are shared as PDFs via the Impaq Communication app. This will require you to open the attachment to not miss out on valuable notifications. In order to allow you to open PDFs, please:
- Ensure that you registered on the app with your email address as listed on my.Impaq. If you are unsure, please contact us for confirmation of which address you’ve used. Account holders, guardians, and tutors receive all academic information, and account holders receive additional financial information.
- Ensure that you have a PDF reader installed on your phone.
Most smartphones have pre-installed PDF readers. If not, please download a PDF reader from the app store compatible with your device (Google Play, Apple App Store or the Huawei App Gallery). Most of these readers are available free of charge!
Once the PDF reader is installed, you should be able to download the PDF and select the app to open it.
