How long does registration take?
Registration is an 8-step process. Once you have submitted your application, this goes through an approval process to ensure that we have all the relevant information to successfully register your learner for the academic year.
Upon completion of the approval process, you will receive an invoice. Once payment has been received (which can take up to 3 working days), you will receive access to our online portals within 2 working days, and your books will be ready for collection or delivery within the next 3 to 10 working days from the date that your order has been processed. Please keep an eye on your email inbox (and junkmail) as important information will be sent to keep you updated on the status of your registration.
