Invigilators can download the test or exam question papers from the learner’s profile 20 minutes before the start of the writing time on the day of the test or exam.
The invigilator is responsible for uploading the completed assessment through the learner’s OLP profile within the specified upload times or emailing it to the relevant subject teacher after the concession time has concluded.
The following must be included when uploading or emailing the completed test or exam:
The cover page of the question paper
The signed invigilator (supervisor) declaration
The Reader and/or Scribe certificate
The invigilator's SACAI training certificate
The approval letter for the relevant accommodation or concession
