I cannot access the Invigilator Web. What now?

If you are having trouble accessing The Invigilator Web, please work through the following steps.

Browser access
• Make sure you are using the correct URL: https://web.invigilator.app 
• Check that you are connected to the internet.
• Try a different browser or clear your browser cache.

Invigilator Agent
• Check that the Invigilator Agent is installed and running. You should see “Invigilator Agent Connected” on your screen.
• If the Agent is not connected, reinstall it by following the setup guide at https://web.invigilator.app and selecting your device type (Windows or Mac).

Login issues
• If you have forgotten your password, use the password reset link on the login page.
• Make sure you are logging in with your Impaq email address and the password you registered with.
