I did the demo test, but did not get sound notifications. What should I do?
Check that the media volume on your device is turned all the way up. You can test this by playing audio on your device.
If the issue persists, check that the Invigilator Agent is installed and running correctly. You should see “Invigilator Agent Connected” on your Invigilator Web screen. If not, reinstall the Agent by following the setup guide at https://web.invigilator.app.
