How do I log in to my MS Office 365 account provided by Impaq?

As part of your registration, you receive an MS Office 365 product license that gives you access to the online versions of Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Outlook. If you would like to download the desktop apps, you need to upgrade to the desktop version at your own cost.

To access your account, please go to www.office.com. Then, make use of the following information to log in:

Username: astudentnumber@optimi.learning.co.za (example: a100698@optimi.learning.co.za)
Password: a@last 7 digits of student’s ID number (example: a@1234567)

Please allow up to two (2) working days for the license to be activated. You may find this page helpful in guiding you through setting up MS Office 365.

Upgrade available for CAT and IT learners

An upgrade is available to CAT/IT learners, which will allow them to install the desktop version of Microsoft Office. To do this:

Click on the install button and install the OFFICE 365 APPS
If you do not qualify for the upgrade, you are welcome to buy the product as per instructions on the web.

Note that CAT learners also have MS Access as this is a subject requirement.
