My child comes from abroad and cannot speak Afrikaans. Can I register them with Impaq?

Grade 4 – 9 learners may not be exempt from a compulsory subject (e.g. a First Additional Language). For more guidance and exemption options, you are welcome to contact our academic qualification coordination manager at aqc.support@impaq.co.za. 

However, if a learner wants to register for Grade 10 – 12 and cannot speak Afrikaans, they must take a seventh subject in place of the First Additional Language (Afrikaans). Registration is subject to approval.
