What must I do if I’m stuck in the Zoom lobby for a Winter School subject session?
If you are stuck in the Zoom lobby and have not been admitted to the session after a few minutes, try the following:
- Check the meeting time: Make sure you’ve joined at the correct time. The host might not have started the session yet.
- Confirm the meeting link and ID: Double-check that you’re using the correct Zoom link or meeting ID provided to you.
- Wait patiently: The host may be admitting participants individually, which can take a few minutes.
- Contact the session organiser or host:
- Send an email to info@impaq.co.za requesting help.
- Call Impaq on 087 405 2233 and let us know you’re waiting in the lobby.
