Why can’t I send emails from my Impaq Online School Outlook account?

If you are unable to send emails from your Impaq Online School Outlook account, your account may have been temporarily restricted for security reasons. 

This usually happens when a large number of emails are sent in a short period. It can also happen if you accept all your scheduled classes at once. In most cases, the restriction clears automatically after 24 hours

If this happens, please follow these steps: 
  1. Stop sending emails for the time being. 
  2. Wait 24 hours
  3. After that, send one test email to see whether your account is working again. 
Sending repeated emails while the restriction is still active can keep your account restricted for longer. If you are still unable to send emails after 48 hours, please email info@impaq.co.za so that your account can be checked.
