Why do I need to complete the survey and indemnity form
Both the Survey and Indemnity Form are
compulsory for all attendees. It ensures that all learners and their partners
are aware of the terms, conditions,
rules and regulations of the events.
It also allows us to properly plan and
ensure all dietary requirements are catered for.
Learners and their partners need to
complete the survey and a form each.
