Will background noises affect the audio recordings on The Invigilator Web?
Only audio recordings containing speech are flagged by The Invigilator system. Background noises such as cars passing, dogs barking, or pages turning will not cause a recording to be flagged.
To avoid any recordings being flagged, follow the same examination rules that apply in a venue-based assessment. Learners may turn down their speakers (not their microphone) to prevent audio from the MS Teams session being picked up.
