Grade 10–12 oral assessment submissions on the OLP

Oral assessments for Grades 10–12 must be submitted on the Optimi Learning Portal (OLP) using a two-field upload process. This ensures that all required documents are submitted clearly and in the correct format.

What you need before uploading

Before starting the upload process, make sure you have the following ready:

  • The barcoded cover page, saved as a PDF
  • The mark rubric, completed and signed by an Impaq-approved assessor
  • Any rough planning or supporting documents (if applicable)

How to submit an oral assessment

When you click on the upload button for an oral task on the OLP, you will be presented with two upload fields:

Upload field 1: Barcoded cover page

  • Upload the barcoded cover page as a PDF file
  • No additional documents should be uploaded in this field

Upload field 2: Supporting documents

  • Place the following documents into one folder:
    • The signed mark rubric
    • Any rough planning or supporting documents
  • Upload the ZIP file in the second upload field

Important notes

  • Only one ZIP file may be uploaded in the second upload field
  • The mark rubric must be signed by an Impaq-approved assessor
  • Ensure that all documents are clearly legible before uploading
