How do tests and exams work at the Impaq Online School?

Tests and exams will be scheduled online via MS Teams. The process works as follows:

Learners are expected to join the session on time, with their camera and microphone switched on.
The Impaq Online School teacher then confirms that learners' microphones and cameras are working and that learners are logged in to the Optimi Learning Portal's Assessment screen.
Learners then download the test or exam question paper in the presence of the teacher and will have 10 minutes of reading time.
Learners write the full duration of the test or exam under the invigilation of the teacher and upload the completed papers with the guidance of the teacher*

*All learners in Grades 8 to 12 are required to use the Invigilator Web App on their broswer. Training will be provided before the test/exam period.

The Impaq Online School teacher then marks the assessment(s) online. Marks will automatically be captured once the marking has been completed.
