How do I accept the DebiCheck mandate?
If you have opted for monthly instalments via debit order, you will be asked to accept a
DebiCheck mandate. Depending on your bank, there are several ways in which you can accept the mandate, including:
- Via your banking app/cellphone banking or internet banking
- At your bank’s ATM
- By visiting your bank’s nearest branch
